Water Testing Investigation And Report
To offer our client the most effective solution, our proposal was to undertake initial water testing and investigative works to try and ascertain the causes of the ingress and put together a proposal accordingly.
To support our efforts, we worked directly with the Technical Team at Schueco who attended site alongside our Technicians to witness water testing works to the facade and also assist with investigative works. This was followed by the issue of a brief report detailing their own assessment.
Sample areas of the facade were identified to offer a more environmentally friendly and cost effective approach to water testing the whole building. Our works identified a number of issues that could have been contributing to the ongoing water ingress.
Upon completion of the project, we issued our client with a detailing photographic report detailing our findings of defects observed. This was followed by a full costed plan of remedial works we could then undertake to address issued identified.
